How can you distinguish enzootic pneumonia from other respiratory diseases?

Clinical signs of disease like coughing, dyspnoea, respiratory distress and fever are symptoms which are common to a wide range of respiratory diseases in fattening pigs.
There are a large number of respiratory pathogens which give rise to clinical symptoms.  The table below gives a basic overview of the pathogens involved and the symptoms they cause.
